Want to make big money? Must drink this!

Monday, March 25, 2013

I have used the example of how we can save on super atas coffee and to drink less expensive coffee for the masses. Of course, I am assuming that all of us are of the masses.

I went one step further by suggesting not drinking coffee at kopitiams but to bring our own 3in1 coffee mix to work. Wah! Save even more!

Of course, if our workplace has a well-stocked pantry, we get free coffee! Win already lor!

However, with cost of doing business in Singapore rising, we could be seeing office pantries becoming less well stocked or having cheaper alternatives.

Today, I was rather amused that the familiar Nescafe coffee in our pantry has been replaced by:

A must drink for all investors and traders every morning!

Gong Hei Fatt Choi!

Huat ah!

Does this new instant coffee have enough 'kick'?

Hi opal,

I am not a habitual coffee drinker. So, I wouldn't know how to tell the difference but I usually mix some Milo with the coffee I drink. Tastes OK. :)

Hi Garfield,

i went to reuters once for a seminar and their pantry was like a 7-11. Everything stocked up and you just take what you want...

My co? Everything bring yourself...even microwave also old and dirty. :(

BTW, why stop at bringing your own coffee? I bring my own bread, nutella...lol

Hi Ray,

We must be brothers in our past lives! Bread and nutella! Yummy!

I also bring oatmeal, cooked barley, sandwiches... Save on lunch money. ;p

Some of my ideas:
A loaf of bread.

Healthy and economical lunch.

A lunch of barley and winter melon.

I usually drink kopi C kosong ping from toast box because i don't want sugar in it

For toast box can buy their vouchers and each ice kopi costs $1.50 instead of $2

More expensive than 3 in 1 though, but miles cheaper than Starbucks and give me the same effect as Starbucks

Hi JW,

3 in 1 FTW. ;p

These days, I drink 3 in 1 Nescafe White Coffee. Very nice! Try it.
